Shades of Happiness Project
With a Master of Professional Studies in Data Analytics and Visualization and a background in graphic design and biology, I enjoy illustrating data stories that highlight trends and patterns within the nature and scope of biology. My interests are in interpreting nature and breaking down the connections it has with everything around us.
Interactivity in dashboards and visualization allow the user to explore and interact with the data from different perspectives. Below are some dashboards I created on Tableau.

Starbucks coffee is so tasty and very popular, some people, like myself, can not stay away! I put together a dashboard that explores data on caloric content and allows the user to choose different ingredients to make their own drink. The design behind this visualization was to stay within Starbucks branding and is fully interactive.
For this visualization, I explored Baltimore City's art and crime scene. With KPI's, a map, and a correlation graph, the user can explore the data and look at the individual neighborhoods in Baltimore City. The choice of the bar chart on the bottom was done to represent buildings and skyscrapers in a city. The colors were chosen from the Maryland flag.
